2. Definition of Confidential Information
Under our standard NDA practices, "Confidential Information" includes, but is not limited to:

3. Our Obligations
As the receiving party, Rattan Verma Web Development and its core team agree to:
- Use the Confidential Information solely for the purpose of evaluating, proposing, and developing your software project.
- Limit access to this information exclusively to our developers and IT staff who have a "need to know" and are bound by internal confidentiality agreements.
- Implement enterprise-grade digital security measures to prevent unauthorized access or accidental leaks.
4. Exclusions
Confidential Information does not include data that is already public knowledge, independently developed by us without using your data, or rightfully received from a third party without breach of any obligation.
5. Formal NDA Signing (For Enterprise Projects)
For large-scale enterprise projects, deep IT audits, or proprietary software engineering, we highly encourage signing a formal, legally binding Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement before granting us access to your backend systems.
